ICAO was formed in which year?

ICAO began its work in 1947. The Chicago Convention, which created the framework for the organization, was signed in 1944, but it came into force in 1947, at which point ICAO started operating and setting international aviation standards. So the year it was formed and began functioning is 1947. The other years are outside the actual start of ICAO’s activities.
